As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated and energetic
Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth.
As a Sales Development Representative at RedCloud, you will play a crucial role in driving our expansion by identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities.
You'll be the frontline of our sales process, creating a strong first impression to our prospects, with the objective of developing leads that turn into sales.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone enquiries regarding RedCloud's services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for sales growth and market penetration.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative followup communications.
- Utilize CRM tools to ensure standard processes are followed during lead generation activities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to gather information, spot trends and create new business possibilities.
- Report on weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results and prepare strategies to align with goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative
- Experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goaloriented, with a sense of responsibility and a strong motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Familiarity with the FMCG sector and emerging markets is a plus.
