Este rol busca a una persona que esté apasionada por las marcas y por ejecutar las estrategias necesarias para hacerlas crecer, desarrollando el ecosistema digital en todos los puntos de contacto.
La gestión de proyectos y liderazgo será fundamental para el éxito al tener que generar cambios unificando el trabajo entre equipos internos y agencias.
Conocimiento en plataformas y sistemas referente a marketing digital y medios (Google ads, Facebook manager, programmatic, google analytics, SEO-SEM, tik-tok, entre otros).
Funciones específicas:
- Desarrollar buyer personas, consumer journey y estrategias digitales para las marcas llevándolos a la vida mediante acciones en todos sus puntos de contacto digitales, asegurando su correcta implementación y funcionamiento. Esto siempre pensando en la data, tanto de los consumidores como analítica para la toma de decisiones.
- Coordinar trabajo entre las agencias de medios, digital y equipos de marketing de Softys logrando llevar a la vida los planes establecidos.
- Análisis del performance de las campañas digitales buscando lograr mejoras continuas, haciendo recomendaciones de nuevos puntos de contacto, formatos, generación de contenido, redistribución de presupuesto, etc. De manera de hacerlas más efectivas, con miras a deleitar al consumidor en cada contacto con las marcas. Tendrá autonomía para la toma de decisiones que conciernen al rendimiento de los creativos en las campañas.
Requisitos:
- Formación: graduados carreras de Administración, Comercialización, Publicidad, Comunicación, Marketing o afines.
- Experiência de al menos 2 años en roles similares dentro de e
- Conocimientos de plataformas como google ads, Facebook business manager.
- Conocimiento de inbound marketing o marketing relacional.
- Conocimiento en SEO-SEM.
- Experiência con soluciones de analítica digital como Google Analytics, herramientas de A/B test, etc.
