About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Intercompany Financial Analyst to join our team at VitalAire Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of Intercompany operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounting, and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comply with company policies and values.
  • Contribute to achieving Intercompany Team metrics.
  • Accurately enter AR and AP Intercompany financial transactions into the ERP system.
  • Respond to Intercompany inquiries in a customer-focused manner.
  • Review and post journal entries received from local teams and other business units. Analyze account reconciliations.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate Intercompany processes and tasks that require improvement, and propose action plans.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Develop and update Desktop Procedures and SOPs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, International Trade, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience as an analyst or similar role.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Language Requirements
  • English: Intermediate - Advanced.
  • Spanish: Mandatory.
