About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Growth Product Manager to join our team at IT Scout. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving our SEO and consumer traffic growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute SEO Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with our company's overall business objectives.
  2. Analyze User Data and Behavior: Analyze user data and behavior to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization.
  3. Design and Run A/B Tests: Design and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates at all stages of the user lifecycle.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering, design, and content teams to implement SEO best practices across our platform.
  5. Monitor and Analyze Key Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve our SEO performance.
  6. Stay Up-to-Date with SEO Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes, adapting our strategy accordingly.
  7. Align with Growth Objectives: Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment between SEO initiatives and broader growth objectives.
  8. Develop and Maintain SEO Roadmap: Develop and maintain a roadmap for SEO and traffic growth initiatives, prioritizing efforts for maximum impact.
  9. Communicate Results and Insights: Communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Requirements
  1. English Fluency: English fluent level.
  2. Product Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on user growth and SEO.
  3. Proven Track Record: Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through SEO and growth strategies.
  4. Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills including consensus and relationship-building skills.
  5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to incorporate customer and stakeholder feedback.
  6. Technical SEO Knowledge: Experience with technical SEO principles and tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
  7. Long-Term Strategy Development: Ability to develop and execute long-term SEO and growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
  8. UX Knowledge: Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and their impact on SEO and conversion rates.
  9. A/B Testing Experience: Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
  10. SEO Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in using and interpreting data from SEO and analytics tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Similarweb, and SEMrush or Moz.
