Key Responsibilities- Financial Accounting and Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- General Ledger Account Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of general ledger accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Journal Entry Preparation and Posting: Prepare and post journal entries in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to resolve complex accounting issues and provide recommendations to management.
- Internal Reporting Requests: Prepare and provide financial reports and analyses to internal stakeholders, including management and external auditors.
- Ad-Hoc Analyses and Special Projects: Perform ad-hoc analyses and special projects as assigned by management, including financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong background in financial accounting and reporting.
- Skills: Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite. Experience with ERP systems and financial modeling software a plus.
