Es un requisito EXCLUYENTE tener experiência en conducción de equipos de trabajo, preferentemente Merchandisers / repositores en canal supermercados. Deberá ser una persona dinámica, proactiva, con habilidades interpersonales, capacidad de liderazgo y coaching.Deberá coordinar las actividades de Trade Marketing en AMBA ( CABA-SUR-OESTE-NORTE ) y será responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de tareas de las personas a cargo siendo el nexo entre el cliente y el personal de campo.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Administrar rutas y cumplimiento de los repositores.
- Asistencia de Equipo.
- Levantamiento de datos relevantes del Punto de Venta.
- Implementación campañas, distribución de material POP, reportes de precios, relevamientos de stock, etc.
- Generación de oportunidades de venta adicional en el punto de venta: cruces, exhibiciones adicionales, etc.
- Diálogo con jefes de locales para resolución de problemas.
- Coordinar diferentes campañas, capacitaciones de nuevos productos, actividades del mes etc.
Requisitos:
- Movilidad propia, auto (Excluyente).
- Manejo de herramientas como Excel y PowerPoint (Nível Avanzado).
- Estudios a fines.
