We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Supervisor to join our team at Air Liquide. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for leading and managing the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

• Procurement Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the procurement team to ensure effective execution of procurement activities.
• Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
• Procurement Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on procurement activities and performance.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in procurement or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and process improvement.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
