Ancillary Manager . Are you a digital nomad? Well this role was made for you, you can be located in
LATAM.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for executing and delivering the ancillary revenue streams strategy aligned with the company strategic goals by managing alternative revenue opportunities taking into consideration the entire portfolio of services and products offered, to maximize the income per passenger, and enhance customers' experience.
Requisitos:
Hard Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field (mandatory).
- Master's Degree in Business Management (preferable).
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant and developmental experience in the aviation industry with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in a Commercial or Strategic Planning department of a major airline.
- Broad knowledge of airline's commercial, strategic, and planning aspects (experience in Revenue Management or Ancillaries areas preferred).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in developing and implementing disruptive and innovative business models, products, services, or tools.
- Understanding of Commercial Contracts and Procurement processes.
- Good analytical skills.
- Strong negotiating ability and effective communication skills to identify the best deals and commercial partnership opportunities.
- Excellent planning and organisational capability.
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent standard of Spanish (written, conversational and comprehension).
- Proficiency in English (written, conversational and comprehension).
- Good computer literacy.
