ABOUT THE ROLE
Growth Era is looking for its next
Client Success Manager, who will ensure high client satisfaction and retention through effective communication, strategic problem-solving and prompt, professional management of client requests.
You will forge a long-term relationship with the clients you manage, building trust in Growth Era and clarity to the value we bring to our clients' organization.

- Client relationship and satisfaction
- Strategic collaboration on client growth goals and alignment of outreach strategy
- Project management
More specifically, within this role, you will:
- Manage 15 to 20 client accounts and act as their primary point of contact at Growth Era
- Maintain high client satisfaction, account retention and identify service expansion opportunities to grow the relationship
- Effectively communicate the value of the services provided to clients
- Manage issues with strong analytical and strategic thinking to ensure prompt, effective resolution
- Consistently analyze account results data to prepare and present reporting on weekly client update meetings
- Continuously evaluate outreach strategy (playbook) and collaborate with clients and communicate with the internal team to optimize performance
- Collaborate with clients to set appropriate sales meeting targets
- Maintain accurate records in Growth Era systems relevant to your position
- Work closely with the Sales Operations Managers, the SDR Managers, and the SDRs
ABOUT YOU
Growth Era is looking for an ambitious professional with experience in client-facing roles, who shares our Core Values as an organization (Truth, Effort, Service, Gratitude, Humility).
More specifically, in order to excel in this role, you need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B account management
- Experience with project management tools and sales enablement software
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office tools
- Professional approach to work and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a comfort level working with Csuite level client contacts and build trusting relationships
- Excellent analytical skills
Brownie points for:
- Work experience in sales and marketing, sales management, and/or cold outreach
- A university degree in Business Management, Sales, or related field
- Experience with and LinkedIn Premium
WHAT WE OFFER
