Sus responsabilidades serán:

Brindar soluciones a posibles reclamos y dar seguimiento a la compensación que corresponda.


Gestionar las solicitudes comerciales de clientes que compran por una plataforma y luego quieren continuar por fuera de ella, o que nos contactan directamente.


Elaborar y enviar, ocasionalmente, comprobantes fiscales asociados a ventas realizadas, cargando toda la documentación en los sistemas de gestión correspondientes.
