The Cash Management Sales Officer is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Good communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.

Responsibilities:

Provides direct sales support to Treasury Consultants in covered markets. Position is focused on revenue generating activities associated with the sale of Treasury Products and Services. Activities include: preparing proposals and pricing analysis, assist with presentations, RFP responses, data input for tracking pipeline and activity. Use CRM to track progress of deals, calling effort and opportunity identification. Establishes and maintains relationships with Treasury Consultants and Bankers that are directly supported. Focuses in the detection of business opportunities through Cash Management and Trade solutions. Build a pipeline across TTS solutions. Announce deal wins and engage respective teams in implementation to ensure conversion of win into revenue realization. Support the implementation team through the life cycle by engaging client and respective teams. Ensure deal ramp and ongoing relationship with client to continue prospecting for additional opportunities. Coverage on product sales related inquiries from Bankers, other internal partners and clients. Joins Treasury Consultant on in person sales calls or conference calls when appropriate. Continuously grow product knowledge by participating in training and industry initiatives to keep abreast of developments and client influences. Attend regular team meetings to report on performance . Participate in multidisciplinary work teams to contribute to the development and improvement of Cash Management and Trade products and processes. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

5 years commercial banking or relevant experience. Cash Management, Trade services and FX regulations knowledge (preferred). Digital industry knowledge (preferred) Advanced level of English. Excellent interpersonal skills and team player. Proactive, self-management. Result oriented. Flexibility skills to adapt to a dynamic environment. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Education:

Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
