RESUMEN DEL PUESTO Y ÁREAS CLAVE DE RESPONSABILIDAD:

  • El puesto es responsable de la planificación proactiva de todas las asignaciones de órdenes de trabajo entrantes recibidas dentro de un territorio geográfico específico o responsabilidad del Cliente; El puesto también es responsable de garantizar que todos los recursos disponibles se utilicen de manera efectiva, que se alcancen consistentemente los níveles de servicio predefinidos y que se cumplan los acuerdos contractuales.
  • Apoyar las actividades de los Ingenieros de Clientes (CE) asignados a este puesto dentro de una región o territorio geográfico particular; Planificar, priorizar, asignar y monitorear todas las órdenes de trabajo abiertas para CE, asegurando la pronta entrega del servicio para cumplir con nuestros términos y condiciones contractuales; Es posible que deba realizar actividades de gestión de escalamiento que proporcionen un seguimiento de un extremo a otro tanto para el campo como para el cliente.
  • Responsable de identificar y escalar al Líder del equipo o al Gerente de territorio, o a la persona correcta, cualquier situación que cause que una orden de trabajo exceda la respuesta contractual específica o el tiempo fijo; Reúne información sobre problemas y registra datos en herramientas de escritorio.
  • Trabajar con otro Planificador de Servicios I cuando el movimiento de ingenieros a través de los límites del territorio es necesario para cubrir cualquier déficit de habilidades o recursos.
  • Mantener una comunicación efectiva y oportuna con los ingenieros, obtener actualizaciones periódicas del progreso de las órdenes de trabajo pendientes y manejar todos los mensajes que deben transmitirse a los CE dentro del territorio, programar la actividad de instalación del cliente.
  • Proporcionar un punto central de comunicación para los ingenieros y manejar cualquier mensaje telefónico entrante que deba transmitirse a los ingenieros dentro del territorio.
  • Utilizando la información proporcionada por los Gerentes Territoriales para mantener la lista de tareas/horario de CE actual, registre todos los incidentes relacionados con la disponibilidad de CE, enfermedades, días festivos y compromisos laborales planificados.
  • Escalar al líder del equipo y al gerente del territorio cuando los níveles de recursos de CE disponibles caen por debajo del límite especificado determinado e informar registros diarios sobre la disponibilidad y la carga de trabajo de CE, garantizar el cierre y la finalización correctos y oportunos de todas las órdenes de trabajo.
  • Al cerrar la llamada, verificar el derecho al número de serie correcto para el dispositivo que se está reparando y garantizar que se incluya el tipo de factura correcto en cada llamada para garantizar que se facturen todos los ingresos en efectivo y cargos, excepto cuando esté disponible el cierre automático por parte del CE.
  • Proporcionar gestión/coordinación de piezas según lo asignado.
  • El ambiente de trabajo puede requerir rotación en las horas de trabajo, fines de semana o días festivos, y/o horarios extendidos, según sea necesario, para acomodar operaciones las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana; El puesto implica períodos prolongados de uso de PC y teléfono.
  • Service Planner I es responsable de recibir y manejar continuamente grandes volúmenes de órdenes de trabajo, trabajar en un entorno de equipo e interactuar con múltiples clientes internos.
  • Service Planner I es responsable de las operaciones de gestión de llamadas y logística de campo y de brindar soporte relacionado para la organización mundial de logística de servicios de NCR.
  • El titular es responsable de la gestión oportuna, eficiente y efectiva de las llamadas, el equilibrio de la carga de trabajo, el logro de SLA y la entrega de acuerdo con las prioridades establecidas por la administración.

Responsabilidades de supervisión:
No se requieren responsabilidades de supervisión. Admite entre 20 y 70 ingenieros de clientes dentro de la geografía asignada.

Se podrán asignar otras funciones. El titular es responsable de asistir a todos los cursos de capacitación obligatorios/recomendados por la empresa.

CALIFICACIONES BÁSICAS:

  • Bachillerato
  • 1 años de experiência relacionada
  • Conocimientos básicos de informática; Dominio del teclado; Comprensión de las aplicaciones/herramientas basadas en Windows.
  • Comprensión de áreas geográficas y capacidad de utilizar herramientas de mapeo para asignar órdenes de trabajo.
  • Habilidades para construir relaciones; Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, verbal y escrita, así como capacidad de escucha.
