As a Field Sales Operations Lead, you have the exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team providing support across the sales organization.

We are looking for a Field Sales Operations Lead with extensive technical and business modeling skills to analyze data and complex business data sets from various sources.

As a team member, you will utilize strong data extraction and modeling skills to drive monthly reporting and perform ad-hoc business analysis.

Your role will significantly impact accurate and timely reporting, as well as financial modeling based on diverse data sets.

Your tasks will revolve around supporting sales performance reporting, monitoring, and data quality audits within AWS CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Tool.

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, ready to operate in a high-volume and fast-paced environment with multiple sales teams.

You will work with extensive data sets and necessary technical tools while executing internal sales activities, aiding the sales department in customer territories analysis, and other operational support.

The candidate must collaborate effectively with internal end-users and the Business Intelligence team to solve problems, implement new reporting solutions, and meet high operational standards.

We are seeking individuals comfortable working with substantial data sets to produce validated, accurate, and impactful reporting and dashboards.

The individual should possess the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical units, collaborating with senior business stakeholders across the LATAM Sales teams to provide impactful insights.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Evaluate and analyze various data sets to derive insights
  • Conduct ad hoc and regular business analysis based on stakeholder requirements
  • Offer actionable insights using existing metrics or propose new metrics
  • Oversee monthly forecasting and financial models
  • Provide recommendations through ad hoc data retrieval and analysis using Excel and other data management systems

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Experience in developing and implementing systems/tools for CRM, revenue reporting, forecasting, etc.
  • Experience in defining, refining, and implementing sales processes and policies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM tools) or BI tools
  • Experience in presenting to senior leadership
