IN HOUSE COMEX(ANALISTA EN COMERCIO EXTERIOR
JR/SEMI SR)
Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un joven profesional para desempeñarse como Analista de Comercio exterior, para trabajar desde las oficinas del cliente, cervecera internacional líder (zona Sur GBA).
RESPONSABILIDADES Y ASIGNACIONES
Cumpir con el Servce Level de volúmen del producto terminado exportado/importado.
Cumplir con el presupuesto Internacional. Monitorear desvíos.
Ser el nexo entre la Cía y los Organismos de gobierno relacionados al sector de Comex para ejecutar en forma correcta las operaciones cumpliendo con las normativas vigentes.
Garantizar la disponibilidad de fondos para la nacionalización/exportación de la mercadería.
Establecer prioridades de embarque/despacho de los productos a diferentes mercados.
Dar seguimiento y resolver en conjunto con los forwarders los inconvenientes del tránsito internacional (pre-stacking/pick/trasbordos/revisión) BLs/acondicionamiento de la carga/rolleos/etc.)
Coordinar en conjunto con agentes de transporte y despachantes, la liberación de la mercadería de zona primaria aduanera y la entrega en el destino requerido por el cliente interno.
Dar visibilidad a los demás sectores de Supply Chain sobre fechas y volúmenes de arribo para dimensionar la capacidad logística de traslado y almacenamiento requerido.
Generar reportes de visibilidad de KPIs críticos (POT foreign vendors; Proyecciones de Pagos al exterior, et.).
Asegurar la correcta utilización de just in time de los anticipos (operativos, aduana, otros organismos, etc.) garantizando el menor saldo posible en fondos no afectados y/o compensados en las cuentas de SAP.
Gestionar y dar seguimiento a la contabilización y pago de las facturas de los proveedores de comex.Garantizar la correcta información en las cuentas de VIC/VLC internacional compensando los saldos de remitos no conformados
Lo que buscamos de vos:
Graduado o estudiante de Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
Contar con dominio intermedio de inglés (No es excluyente).
Dominio de Sistemas Paquete Office principalmente Outlook, Word, Excel. Power BI (No excluyente).
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
Muchas ganas de aprender y proponer mejoras.
