Our client is a leading digital marketing agency headquartered in the USA, urgently seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Specialist to join their dynamic sales team.

About the role:

What you'll be doing:

  • Conduct targeted outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing them to our client's marketing solutions.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through research and outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with broader marketing objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent and effective outreach efforts.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest sales techniques, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to improve overall sales performance.

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience of 23 years in an outbound sales role, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
  • Deep understanding of sales best practices and techniques.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish:

  • Must have experience working in digital marketing sales.
  • Home services niche experience preferred

Base USD 800 - USD 1800 per month + Commission
