La importancia de este rol:
- Proporcionar una sólida orientación consultiva, anÃlisis, informes, prÃcticas de mercado y aclaración de polÃticas a los directivos.
- Dirigir el proceso de encuesta sobre compensación, trabajando con colegas de RR.HH., lÃderes empresariales y proveedores de encuestas para garantizar que se realicen las adecuaciones laborales precisas.
- Estudiar y analizar los datos y tendencias del mercado para ayudar en la determinación de los salarios y las categorÃas profesionales para apoyar a la empresa
- Elaborar informe estÃndar periódicos y ad hoc para otros departamentos funcionales
- Realizar un seguimiento de las cuestiones, prÃcticas y tendencias clave en materia de retribución participando en grupos del sector, realizando estudios comparativos y recopilando información del mercado.
- Apoyar el desarrollo continuo de prÃcticas, polÃticas y procesos en toda la empresa
- Colaborar con el equipo de contratación para desarrollar ofertas competitivas para las nuevas contrataciones
- Apoyar el proceso anual de revisión de la compensación de los ejecutivos trabajando con el equipo de liderazgo para garantizar que los datos sean precisos y exactos.
- Conocer y seguir las polÃticas y procedimientos de la Firma, compartir información que pueda beneficiar a otros miembros del equipo, y encontrar maneras de mejorar la prestación de servicios a nuestros clientes.
- Esforzarse por fortalecer continuamente la filosofÃa empresarial de la Firma de satisfacer las necesidades y superar las expectativas de los clientes

¿Qué te ayudarà a tener éxito en esta oportunidad?
- Formación equivalente a una licenciatura en empresariales o recursos humanos.
- Experiencia previa en anÃlisis de compensaciones con conocimientos bÃsicos de los procedimientos de presentación de encuestasÂ
- Se valorarà la experiencia laboral previa relacionada con recursos humanos en relaciones con los empleados, beneficios, contratación y sistemas de RR.HH.
- Contar con nivel de Inglés avanzado/bilingüe (EXCLUYENTE).
- Conocimientos avanzados de MS Office.Â
