We are looking for Regional Senior Compensation & People Analytics Specialist for a major multinational agribusiness company
As part of the South and West Latam regional HR team, the SWLA Compensation & People Analytics Specialist will report to the Regional Head of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS and will act as an individual contributor responsible for supporting the development, implementation and communication of compensation and benefits programs and policies for South and West LATAM.
RESPONSIBILITIES
COMPENSATION
Ensure local HR and business/functional leaders have access to reliable sources of compensation & benefits market data to make accurate decisions across the different business and functions in S&WLA.
Regionally coordinate the roll out of the annual merit planning process (across platforms and support functions) and the implementation of other compensation initiatives.
Complete & analyze compensation and benefits surveys across the region.
Design and update salary structures by country and functions/businesses, based on global grading/leveling methodology and guidelines.

**Deep dive on market information**: sophisticate and strengthen the approach to access to relevant market data: (peer/affinity groups, job pricings for key positions, research complementary market data, etc.)
Benchmark compensation and benefits best market practices
Assist on the evangelization of the compensation management philosophy throughout the organization
Be part of the expert regional/global C&B team to localize the deployment of key initiatives.
Responsible for providing accurate information for labor budgeting purposes, ensuring tracking, control and identification of possible deviations.
PEOPLE ANALYTICS
"Measure more and better, tell stories with data, anticipate, predict" to generate HR decisions with differential and distinctive impact on the business.
Recommend, develop relevant People Analytics (and keep them updated) oriented not only to describe events in the HR world, but mainly to predict them to anticipate corrective actions and/or decide on new management initiatives.

Streamline decision-making processes regarding compensation recommendations/proposals in the region
Be the regional point of contact for global initiatives

**About you**:
You have 8 to 10 years prior experience on Compensation and Benefits activities.
You have a bachelors degree in HR, Accounting or Management and, ideally, a MBA/Business School Postgraduate.
You have technical expertise compensation and solid knowledge of the C&B function and HR processes.
Know how and expertise that contributes to the trendsetting philosophy (disruptive vision) of compensation management.
Experienced in managing data (also confidential) and performing analysis to produce dashboards and reports, with expert usage of MS Excel.
Used to work on multi-country or global scopes and collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, open minded, able to work independently with strong verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
