**We will count on you to**:
- Plans & Manage execution of large, complex projects
- Develop expertise in one practice area
- Execute project delivery in line with strategic direction from senior consultant
- Independently facilitates clien meetings and acts as a trusted advisor to Clients
- Delegate assignments to junior level colleagues and reviews output for alignment with project nees.
- Lead the development of client ready reports, with mínimal guidance
- Identify new business opportunities with clients and manages proposal process.
- Become the referent of the GEO in a specific solution/industry/area of expertise.
- Ensure Mercer's way of working and values are taught to less experienced colleagues.
- Responsible for dCAP accounts (grow Mercer + Marsh business in these accounts)
- Lead the development and selling activity of complex commercial proposals/solutions.
- Proactively contact clients to position and sell the full Mercer's portfolio
**What you need to have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, Management or Psychology.
- Solid & relevant work experience in **Management Consulting**, **Compensation and Benefits, Human resources **with strong project management experience.
- Strong experience creating & implementing **Compensation & Rewards programs**.
- Curiosity.
- Experience in data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design.
- Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and a strong background in Excel
- Flexibility, agility, adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing client needs.
- Ability to develop relationships with various business areas including executive leaders.
- Advance English proficiency.
- Possess excellent leadership & collaboration skills.
- Highly driven, confident, resilient, positive and motivated individual.
- Strong verbal and written communications as well as strong presentation skills both in English and Spanish.
