En Tenaris, estamos en la búsqueda de un profesional apasionado y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo de Tenaris University como Digital Transformation Training Manager. Este rol desempeñará un papel fundamental en la aceleración de nuestra transformación digital y en la creación de una cultura organizacional orientada hacia la innovación y el aprendizaje continuo.

 

Descripción del Rol:

 

Como Digital Transformation Training Specialist, tu misión será diseñar e implementar programas de capacitación avanzados, marcando el camino hacia una organización ágil, actualizada y siempre lista para abrazar las últimas tendencias tecnológicas.

 

Responsabilidades Principales:

 

  • Innovación en Capacitación: Desarrolla y ejecuta programas de capacitación vanguardistas que potencien la comprensión y adopción de las tecnologías emergentes en toda la organización. Colabora estrechamente con expertos en IT para asegurar la máxima relevancia y efectividad.

 

  • Liderazgo Global en Transformación Digital: Encabeza campañas de capacitación a nivel mundial con el fin de adoptar prácticas innovadoras y promoviendo la integración de soluciones digitales en todos los aspectos del negocio.

 

  • Referente de entrenamiento y capacitación del área de Information Technology a nivel global.

 

  • Cultura de Aprendizaje Continuo: Colabora con equipos interfuncionales para identificar necesidades de capacitación, evaluando las brechas existentes y adaptando las soluciones para mantener una cultura organizacional dinámica y ávida de aprendizaje.

 

  • Monitorización y Mejora Constante: Analiza la efectividad de los programas de capacitación, implementando ajustes continuos para mejorar resultados y asegurar la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.

 

  • Vanguardia Tecnológica: Mantente al tanto de las últimas tendencias en tecnología, incorporando este conocimiento en el diseño de programas de capacitación para asegurar que Tenaris esté a la vanguardia de la innovación.

 

Requisitos:

 

  • Buscamos profesionales graduados de carreras universitarias.
  • Sólida experiencia demostrada en diseño e implementación de programas de capacitación y formación tecnológica desarrollada idealmente en empresas multinacionales.
  • Nivel de Inglés avanzado, excluyente.
  • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación.
  • Capacidad para fomentar una cultura de aprendizaje continuo y adaptación al cambio.
  • Apasionado por la innovación y la adopción de nuevas tecnologías.
  • Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente con equipos diversos y colaborar en un entorno multicultural.
  • Habilidades analíticas excepcionales y resolución de problemas.
  • Capacidad para gestionar proyectos de manera integral, desde la identificación de necesidades hasta la implementación efectiva.
