Nuestro cliente, importante empresa experta en la implementación de Soluciones Tecnológicas de clase mundial para Gestión de la fuerza laboral, se encuentra en la búsqueda  un/a Lead Development Representative.

 

Sus principales responsabilidades serÃn:

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar campañas de automatización de marketing efectivas a través de diferentes canales para la obtención de leads calificados;

  • contacto y seguimiento de potenciales clientes a través de mensajes por Linkedin, correos electrónicos, Whatsapp y llamadas telefónicas con el objetivo de cerrar una meet entre ellos y el equipo de Ventas;

  • calificar a los leads obtenidos, comprender sus problemÃticas, analizar si tienen una necesidad, qué nuestro servicio pueda solucionar;

  • registrar, actualizar y administrar la información, calificación y conversión de los leads en CRM;

  • analizar mercados, búsqueda e identificación de prospectos y empresas e industrias con las cuales se pueda generar partnership;

  • desarrollar mensajes y campañas que tengan relación con el público objetivo y con la industria que queremos abordar.

    Son requisitos para el puesto:

    • ser graduado/a de las carreras de Marketing, Comercialización o afines;

    • experiencia comprobable de 3 años  en entornos comerciales o de marketing en negocios B2B;

    • contar con experiencia comprobable de  3 años en posiciones similares;

    • Conocimiento de Email Marketing y manejo de redes sociales (excluyente);

    • nivel de inglés intermedio(deseable)

      Manejo de relaciones interpersonales, orientación a resultados y autonomía  completan el perfil.
