GUEST EXPERIENCE AMBASSADOR

Responsabilidades:

  • Colaborará con el equipo de Guest Experience para crear experiencias excepcionales y personalizadas que dejarán recuerdos duraderos para nuestros huéspedes y visitantes.
  • Llevará a cabo todas las actividades de comunicación previa a la llegada para los huéspedes entrantes a través de correo electrónico, chat y llamadas telefónicas.
  • Reservará estaurantes, sesiones y/o turnos del spa y demás actividades para los huéspedes en conjunto con el equipo de Conserjería.
  • Garatizará que los huéspedes tengan una experiencia de llegada y de salida sin inconvenientes y que se cumplan todas sus necesidades, requerimientos y solicitudes.
  • Trabajará de manera eficiente para garantizar que todos los departamentos mantengan y brinden una experiencia perfecta y profesional para los huéspedes.
  • Mejorará la experiencia del huésped con ideas innovadoras y resolverá cualquier problema y/o desafío que surja.
  • Revisará todas las reservas y perfiles de los huéspedes diariamente para identificar VIPS.

Requisitos:

  • Estudios terciarios y/o universitarios afines a la industria.
  • Experiencia previa en posiciones similares y/o en Front Office.
  • Dominio del Idioma Inglés Avanzado tanto Oral como Escrito.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en días y horarios rotativos.
  • Manejo del Sistema Opera.
  • Multitasking, buenas relaciones interpersonales y actitud positiva.
