¿Qué harás como GPL (Supervisor de Producción) en SEE?En SEE estamos buscando un Líder de Desempeño de Grupo que será clave en integrar procesos entre nuestras funciones internas, optimizando toda nuestra cadena de suministro y logística, con experiencia en la planificación de la producción, control de inventarios, y la capacidad de liderar equipos de producción en un entorno dinámico. Esta posición es crucial, ya que asegurará que nuestras operaciones fluyan sin problemas desde la producción hasta la entrega.
¿Por qué te necesitamos?- Fomentar un entorno seguro: Supervisar y garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad.
- Asegurar calidad e inocuidad: Cumplir con los requisitos del código SQF en todos los procesos y productos.
- Gestión eficiente de materiales: Optimizar el uso de materiales para mantener un flujo productivo constante.
- Liderar y gestionar al equipo: Administrar al personal, incluyendo incidencias y permisos, para maximizar el rendimiento.
- Maximizar el tiempo productivo: Optimizar el uso de las máquinas para alcanzar la máxima eficiencia operativa.
- Solución rápida de problemas: Facilitar la intervención de áreas de servicio para resolver problemas de manera ágil.
- Monitorear el rendimiento productivo: Gestionar y optimizar los indicadores clave de desempeño.
- Cumplir con el programa de producción: Asegurar que las metas de producción se alcancen dentro de los plazos establecidos.
- Experiencia obligatoria en la industria manufacturera, específicamente en un entorno de producción.
- Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo.
- Debe ser capaz de convertir los objetivos y metas de la planta en un plan medible y alcanzable.
- Certificaciones como Six Sigma o Lean Manufacturing son un plus.
- Conocimiento de técnicas de Análisis de Causa Raiz.
