Como Performance Improvement Leader en Sealed Air, serás la fuerza impulsora detrás de la mejora continua de nuestros procesos de manufactura. Serás el campeón de las metodologías Lean para cultivar una cultura de excelencia operativa en toda nuestra organización. Tu rol es vital para garantizar que nuestras plantas operen con la máxima eficiencia, liderando el cambio en la implementación de mejoras sostenibles que generen éxito a largo plazo. ¿Por qué te necesitamos?
**Implementación de Lean**: Guiarás a nuestros equipos de Manufactura y Cadena de Suministro en la aplicación de principios Lean para optimizar las operaciones y mejorar la eficiencia.
**Capacitación Transformadora**: Proporcionarás una capacitación integral a los equipos de producción, inculcando una cultura de mejora continua y pensamiento Lean en toda la organización.
**Liderazgo en el Piso de Producción**: Liderarás activamente las actividades Lean en el piso de producción, incluyendo Kanban, Mapeo de la Cadena de Valor, Análisis de Tiempo Takt, 5S, SMED, TPM, y más para mejorar el flujo de producción y estandarizar las prácticas de trabajo.
**Sostener los Avances de Lean**: Asegurarás la sostenibilidad de las mejoras logradas a través de los esfuerzos Lean, brindando apoyo continuo a los equipos Lean de las plantas y a la gerencia.
**Liderazgo en Kaizen**: Facilitarás eventos Kaizen en múltiples sitios, impulsando mejoras accionables y asegurando su implementación efectiva.
**Reportes y Comunicación**: Establecerás una estructura de reporte sólida para los proyectos Lean, proporcionando actualizaciones regulares a la gerencia sobre el progreso y el impacto financiero.
**Colaboración Entre Sitios**: Colaborarás con organizaciones Lean en diferentes áreas para compartir mejores prácticas y mejorar la implementación de Lean en nuestros sitios de producción. ¿Qué habilidades te ayudarán a tener éxito?
**Experiência en Lean**: Conocimiento avanzado de metodologías Lean, incluyendo 5S, SMED, Mapeo de la Cadena de Valor, Kaizen y otras.
**Liderazgo e Influencia**: Capacidad para liderar equipos e influir en el cambio, inspirando a otros a adoptar los principios Lean.
