A day in the life The Retail Marketing Strategist, Organic is responsible for owning the execution and performance of Amazon & online retail organic / catalog management strategy within their book of business. They are oriented towards the clients\' business success, tying their efforts to the greater business goals. They are self-starters, adept problem solvers, and autonomously own their responsibilities. The Strategist works hand-in-hand with account leadership to ideate and evolve the strategy of their service within the broader go-to-market plan of the brands they work with. They are responsible for owning execution, tracking, reporting, and client communication of catalog updates, promotional strategy, issue resolution / case management, online retail SEO and CRO strategy, sometimes with the support of a Specialist. The Strategist is excellent at providing insights and forward thinking strategy to clients on an ongoing basis, and has a strong understanding of organic levers to pull to drive & sustain performance. Responsibilities Manage the Amazon and/or online retail product catalog & organic presence of clients across various business types, sizes, and industries, including daily optimizations / fixes, high-level planning, and strategic pivots Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on performance data from Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, & other online retail platforms, tying into overall retail business performance Participate and engage in weekly department scrums and training sessions to further channel knowledge Continuously seek to improve performance & business impact against client goals Maintain frequent and excellent communication both on internal agency teams and externally with assigned clients Participate in the development process for new department training materials Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes Utilize and leverage Power Digital\'s Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department Role Requirements 2-3 years of digital marketing experience 1-2 years in agency setting preferred Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon / online retail catalog management Significant organic / catalog management experience in one or more of the following platforms: Amazon Seller Central Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) Excellent organizational skills, project management skills, and ability to delegate effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed Excellent interpersonal skills Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently Interested in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Hit revenue per team member success metric: $20k+ Hit EBITDA per team member success metric: $4k+ Below 10% Client Churn Rate MITs (Most Important Things) Excellence in efficient channel production and account performance Internal & client-facing communication / project management Power Digital\'s people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team\'s backgrounds and experiences are paramount.
