What you’ll be doing Provide technical support, problem determination assistance, resolves escalated technical support issues, and also responsible for installations and admin tasks regarding HV customer base. Provide specialist technical input/advice to resolve complex issues, including provision of support on proposals to ensure systems availability to the customer. What you bring to the team Deep Knowledge of SAN environments Experience in supporting operating systems (UNIX, Linux, and Windows) High interpersonal and communication skills Customer relationship Availability to cover non‑standard working hours and on‑duty shifts (including weekends) Our Company Our people are our biggest asset, they drive our innovation advantage and we strive to offer a flexible and collaborative workplace where they can thrive.
