Why consider this job opportunity Meaningful salary plus equity based on impact Work fully remotely in Canada or the US, providing flexibility in your work environment Customize your work hours to fit your schedule, promoting work-life balance Comprehensive health and dental coverage with a parental leave top-up program Unlimited vacation/PTO policy to support your well-being and happiness What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Senior Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure the success and retention of top-tier customers Execute and refine the customer success strategy for the enterprise and strategic portfolio Support the integration of AI and automation into customer workflows to enhance efficiency and engagement Act as an executive escalation point for complex customer situations, balancing empathy with business priorities Represent the employer at conferences and industry events to promote thought leadership in event marketing technology What is Required (Qualifications) 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Experience roles in SaaS, with at least 2+ years in a leadership position Proven track record of driving retention, expansion, and renewals in a high-growth environment Strong understanding of customer success frameworks and lifecycle management Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations teams Comfort using data and automation to inform decisions and optimize processes How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Background in marketing technology or the live events industry Experience managing Senior CSMs and CSMs in a SaaS environment Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI and automation We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
