Será un rol clave en la gestión estratégica del inventario y fuerte impacto en el capital de trabajo, la eficiencia operativa y el Free Cash Flow de la organización. El perfil ideal combina manejo técnico de inventarios , análisis avanzado de datos , visión financiera y capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa con múltiples áreas del negocio. Desarrollar, implementar y mantener procesos y sistemas de control de inventario que aseguren niveles óptimos, reduzcan obsolescencia y mejoren la rotación. Definir políticas de stock, puntos de reorden, coberturas y parámetros maestros en ERP. Monitorear desvíos y liderar acciones correctivas ante sobrestock, quiebres o material de baja rotación. Impacto Financiero & Working Capital Realizar análisis de impacto financiero: costos de carry, provisiones por obsolescencia, costo-beneficio de inversiones en inventario. impacto en Free Cash Flow , ciclo de conversión de efectivo y capital de trabajo. Colaborar con Finanzas para alinear decisiones de inventario con objetivos de eficiencia financiera. Análisis de Datos & Reporting Analizar grandes volúmenes de datos de inventario, ventas, producción y compras para generar insights accionables. Preparar reportes periódicos con KPIs clave: rotación, obsolescencia, stockouts, fill rate, WOS , diferencias de inventario y cumplimiento de targets. Comunicar hallazgos y recomendaciones a Supply Chain, Finanzas y Dirección. Graduado en Ingeniería Industrial , Logística , Administración , Economía o carreras afines. Experiencia 4+ años en roles de Supply Chain, Inventarios, Planning o Análisis de Datos. Experiencia sólida en: análisis de demanda, KPIs operativos, procesos logísticos. Exposición previa a análisis financiero es un plus muy valorado. #J-18808-Ljbffr
