Freelance Content Production Manager Hogarth Worldwide Ltd is a global content production company, part of WPP, partnering with top brands such as Coca‑Cola, Ford, Rolex, Nestlé, Mondelez and Dyson. We specialise in creating engaging, measurable content across all channels and media. Key Responsibilities Take direction from client Image Producer on localisation strategy for each project and liaise with Client Functional Producers to align on deadlines. Plan resourcing and manage prioritisation with client Image Producer and agency studio. Build consolidated short lists of campaign imagery to client brief. Gather screengrabs, assets and construct briefs to request asset creation from Geo Content Studio for new screens. Develop deep proficiency in iOS & OS software and build knowledge of and use client products. Request photo retouching for all lifestyle photos to be featured. Route loose Cross‑Functional imagery for approval. Fulfil image requests from various functional teams. Communicate with Worldwide Image Producers for WW requests as required, project information and transferring of assets. Work with Business Affairs to utilise 3rd‑party assets relevant to the region/country. Transfer launch assets to long‑term Digital Asset system via WW Digital Asset Managers. Manage Geo asset database and maintain an archive of previous jobs. Manage and train additional new members of the CPM team. Identify content needing localisation, convert it to a brief for the Content Studio and graphic production teams. Plan, manage and track localisation of assets throughout production and studio to ensure on‑time delivery. Manage staging and organisation of final assets on servers, including clear handoff matrices for functional teams. QC final deliverables and communicate edits and final asset delivery. Collaborate with the lead Image Producer to plan job distribution monthly and quarterly. Requirements Minimum 4 years’ experience in graphic production/photo producing and/or project management at a design firm, ad agency or interactive shop. Flexible, creative, tech‑savvy, solution‑oriented with experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop). Proficiency in iOS and OS software essential. Accuracy, excellent memory and eye for detail. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, demanding creative, production environment; flexibility to work beyond 9:00‑18:00 and on weekends.
