Content Production Manager (Hybrid) Hogarth Worldwide is a leading creative production company, producing advertising and marketing content for many of the world’s most famous brands, across all media around the world. Hogarth was founded 10 years ago and has grown from a start‑up to over 4,000 people, across 28 cities worldwide and is now part of the WPP family. The Role Content Production Manager works closely with the client’s Image Producer and agency Content Studio to execute and create all required localized screens featured within the client’s website or other marketing materials, including reviewing content for cultural viability in Spanish. The role also supports the language creative team with “buckets of content” and versions of photography. The manager coordinates with cross‑functional teams, Creative Director & Business Affairs to choose content for any new project, including apps, music, movies, TV shows, and podcasts, and works closely with agency Content Studio in Geo to execute all required screen versions necessary for projects. Key Responsibilities Take direction from client Image Producer on localisation strategy for each project and liaise with client Functional Producers to align on deadlines. Plan resourcing and manage prioritisation with client Image Producer and agency studio. Build consolidated short lists of campaign imagery to client brief. Gather screengrabs, assets and construct briefs to request asset creation from Geo Content Studio for new screens. Develop deep proficiency in iOS & OS Software and use client products. Request photo retouching for all lifestyle photos to be featured. Route loose cross‑functional imagery for approval. Fulfil image requests from various functional teams. Communicate with Worldwide Image Producers for worldwide requests, project information and transferring of assets. Use Business Affairs to leverage 3rd‑party assets relevant to the region/country market. Work with WW Digital Asset Managers to transfer launch assets to long‑term Digital Asset system. Manage Geo asset database and maintain an archive of previous jobs. Manage and train additional new members of the CPM team. Learn and understand localisation nuances of different languages and convert content to brief for the Content Studio and graphic production teams. Plan, manage and track the content localisation of assets throughout the production process and agency studio to ensure on‑time delivery. Manage staging and organisation of final assets on servers, including clear handoff matrices for functional teams. QC final deliverables and communicate edits and final asset delivery. Collaborate with the lead Image Producer to plan job distribution on a monthly and quarterly basis. Requirements A minimum of 4 years’ experience in graphic production/photo producing and/or project management at a design firm, ad agency or interactive shop. Flexible, creative, tech‑savvy, solution‑oriented individual with experience in using Adobe Creative Suite’s Photoshop. Proficiency in iOS and OS software is a must. Accuracy, excellent memory and an eye for detail. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, demanding, creative and production environment; flexibility is key, including working beyond the 9:00‑18:00 framework and occasionally on weekends.
