Direct message the job poster from Solvo Global Job Description We are seeking an Administrative Sales Assistant to support a Regional Sales Representative. The selected candidate will perform administrative and logistical tasks to ensure smooth sales operations, manage existing customer relationships, and coordinate with other departments to guarantee timely product delivery. This role also involves scheduling appointments with new prospective customers who have already been contacted, as well as receiving and entering orders from existing customers into our online portal. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about sales, motivated, and eager to build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities Meeting Coordination & Logistics: Schedule, coordinate, and organize meetings with prospects (virtual and in-person). Prospect Follow-Up: Act as the primary point of contact for new prospects after their initial meeting with the sales representative. Send personalized outreach and coordinate follow-up discussions or next steps. CRM Management: Maintain and oversee the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure all sales activities, client interactions, deal stages, and contact information are accurate and up-to-date. Order Entry: Enter orders for recurring and existing customers and perform any necessary maintenance in the system. Administrative Support: Complete forms and documents related to sales activities. Note: This role does not involve cold calling. Requirements and Skills Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role (preferred). Advanced English proficiency (mandatory). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively communicate technical sales information to customers. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software (a plus). Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Organized, responsible, proactive, and persistent. Professional demeanor with a dynamic, solution-oriented attitude. Work Modality Remote position (work from home). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (EST).
