Key requirements: 3+ years of sales experience working with security companies in Bulgaria. Good spoken and written English level. Great business sense Result-oriented mentality with the ability to function in a semi-autonomous environment Deep understanding of industry standards, channels, and sectors. Technical competence with security products Strong sales and technical presentation skills Ability to persuade and influence others Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related fields, preferred Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public Work requires regular travel to current and potential clients (this requires the possession of a valid driver’s license within employment). Responsibilities: Present and sell company products, services and solutions to current and potential key clients (Alarm Receiving centers and security companies) Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific sales targets and opportunities Operate as the lead point of contact for sales matters between the Company and the customers Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis Prepare and execute sales training presentations Assist with high-severity issue escalations as needed Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up metrics Develop a trusted advisor relationship Follow up on sales leads and referrals Develop and maintain product knowledge Prepare a variety of status reports, including sales call activities, follow-ups and adherence to goals and objectives Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including Sales Managers, Technical Engineers, Accounting, Logistics, Product Management, etc., in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations Participate in marketing events, such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events We offer: Competitive compensation package and transparent motivation system A product that sells itself Business trips Company car Laptop Payment for courses and conferences, we contribute to our staff A strong, well-coordinated team of professionals We get to work every day and build a better security world for people.
