Requirements Salesforce System Administrator with a strong functional and consultative profile. Responsible for ensuring stability, security, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform; primary functional point of contact for the client. Understand business processes, manage Salesforce using declarative tools, and support users to maximize adoption and value—without relying on custom code. Functional Support & Incident Resolution Act as first point of contact for Salesforce‑related functional issues. Diagnose and resolve issues without code (e.g., errors in flows, permission and visibility problems, business process configuration issues). Perform root cause analysis and propose functional solutions. Escalate to technical teams only when necessary. Automation Management & Optimization (No-Code) Maintain and enhance existing automations using declarative tools: Flows (Screen, Record‑Triggered, Scheduled) Validation Rules Approval Processes Optimize and simplify processes to reduce user errors, improve operational efficiency, and increase system adoption. User Management & Security Full lifecycle user administration (creation, deactivation, updates). Advanced management of profiles, permission sets & groups, roles, and sharing rules. Continuously adjust security model according to organizational changes. Change Management & System Evolution Support controlled evolution of Salesforce platform (analyze requirements, configure new features without disrupting existing functionality). Manage deployments across environments using change sets and best practices. Reporting & Dashboards Create and maintain custom reports, operational and executive dashboards aligned with business KPIs. Support users in understanding and using data effectively. Data Quality & Governance Implement validation rules and data quality controls; manage duplicate records. Perform data imports and exports using Data Import Wizard, Data Loader. Define and promote best practices for data usage. Training & User Adoption Drive user adoption and enablement (ongoing training, refresher sessions). Create and maintain user guides, functional documentation, internal best practices. Client Relationship & Consultative Support Act as trusted functional advisor (understand objectives, translate into configurations, prioritize improvements, support growth). Salesforce Release Management Prepare organization for releases: review notes, test functionality, communicate changes, recommend new features. Ideal Profile Strong functional Salesforce background. Deep experience with declarative (no‑code) Salesforce tools. Excellent communication and client‑facing skills. Detail‑oriented, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement.
