This role requires a consultative approach to designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions, with a strong emphasis on Sales Cloud to support Revenue Operations (RevOps) and revenue forecasting. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience within the Salesforce ecosystem—including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Certinia PSA, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud—along with expertise in DevOps, CI/CD practices, change management, and user adoption. A passion for leveraging AI-driven tools and exceptional communication skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Sales Cloud to drive sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting accuracy. Design and maintain Salesforce solutions to support Revenue Operations (RevOps), ensuring robust revenue forecasting capabilities and alignment with business objectives. Implement and manage Salesforce CPQ or Certinia Services CPQ (SCPQ) to streamline quote-to-cash workflows and enhance revenue generation. Oversee Certinia Professional Services Automation (PSA) to support project management, resource allocation, and financial tracking. Leverage Marketing Cloud to design and execute campaigns that drive engagement and contribute to revenue goals. Utilize Data Cloud to integrate and analyze data, providing actionable insights for revenue forecasting and strategic decision-making. Implement and optimize Agentforce capabilities, applying AI-driven solutions to enhance automation, forecasting, and user productivity. Be eager to learn and implement adjacent technologies such as 6sense ABM tools and others. Apply DevOps and CI/CD best practices to manage Salesforce deployments, ensuring efficient, reliable, and scalable delivery of updates and enhancements. Oversee change management and change control processes to maintain system integrity, document updates, and mitigate risks during deployments. Drive user onboarding and adoption initiatives, including developing training programs, documentation, and support strategies to maximize platform usage and satisfaction. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, offering consultative recommendations to optimize Sales Cloud and related systems. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration, accurate forecasting, and user adoption. Stay current with Salesforce releases, certifications, and emerging technologies to maintain a cutting-edge environment. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise Required: 3+ years of experience as a SF Administrator, SF Consultant or similar role, with a proven track record of implementing and optimizing SF solutions Extensive experience with Sales Cloud implementations, including pipeline management, sales process automation, and revenue forecasting Proven experience with DevOps and CI/CD best practices for Salesforce deployments Strong background in change management and change control, ensuring system stability and compliance during updates Exceptional communication skills Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a consultative approach to problem-solving SF Administrator certification required Nice to have: Additional Salesforce certification (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, AI) strongly preferred Familiarity with Loyalty Management or Data Cloud or Experience Cloud strongly desired Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft or Zapier Hands-on expertise with SF CPQ or Certinia Services CPQ (SCPQ) for revenue-focused workflows Experience with Marketing Cloud for campaign management and customer engagement Experience with Data Cloud for data integration, segmentation, and analytics supporting revenue insights Familiarity with Hospitality Industry Benefits Salesforce certification program with bonus opportunity Co-working spaces and offices for collaboration Team activities Flexible PTO policy Healthcare Paid sick leaves, parental leaves, and volunteer days #J-18808-Ljbffr
