About the role We are on the lookout for a driven, proactive Facebook Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, are passionate about driving business growth through Facebook advertising, and have a knack for crafting compelling ad strategies that engage, we want to hear from you What you’ll be doing Designing, implementing and managing end-to-end Facebook ad campaigns for our clients in the local service industry. Analyzing campaign results and optimizing strategies to ensure maximum ROI. Conducting detailed audience research to target potential customers effectively. Crafting engaging ad copies and coordinating with our graphic design team for ad creatives. Collaborating with our sales and customer success teams to align ad strategies with business goals. Monitoring budget and adjusting bids to gain better ROI. Staying current with Facebook advertising policies, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the success of our campaigns. Reporting on campaign performance to clients and internal teams regularly. Who are we looking for? Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Specialist, preferably in the local service industry. Excellent understanding of Facebook's advertising platform and experience managing ad budgets. Exceptional analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis. Proficient in crafting engaging ad copies and driving customer engagement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in digital marketing, social media, web analytics, and industry best practices. Please note: A proven track record of success in managing Facebook ad campaigns for local service businesses is a must for this role.
