About the Role We seek a results‑driven Facebook User Acquisition Manager for our rapidly growing subscription company. As #1 in multiple niches, you will manage substantial ad budgets and drive massive growth. This role demands a high‑performing traffic specialist who thrives under pressure, grinds daily, and builds something big. Key Responsibilities Deliver daily peak performance by managing large‑scale Facebook campaigns with relentless ROI focus. Conduct in‑depth daily data analysis, build analytical models, and translate insights into optimization strategies. Launch, test, and aggressively scale ad campaigns while optimizing structures, targeting, bidding, and budgets for consistent ROAS. Develop comprehensive acquisition strategies aligned with aggressive growth targets, identify untapped scaling opportunities, and maintain competitive advantage. Perform thorough competitor and market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for superior performance. Collaborate with the in‑house creative team to develop and test high‑converting creatives based on deep intelligence. Qualifications Self‑driven individual who thrives under pressure, consistently exceeds targets in fast‑paced environments. Growth‑oriented with hunger for continuous learning and scaling challenges in an aggressive, high‑growth company. Minimum 3 years managing Facebook Ads campaigns with scalable budgets profitably and achieving exceptional ROI. Expert in launching, testing, and aggressively scaling high‑budget Facebook campaigns ($200K+ monthly spend) with consistent profitability. Advanced analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and ability to build custom analysis models and uncover deep insights. Strong analytical thinking and creative problem‑solving abilities with a track record of turning underperforming campaigns into profitable growth engines.
