**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Drive Campaign Success**: Strategically plan, execute, and optimize high-impact campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok, managing six
- to seven-figure budgets to achieve and surpass ROI goals.
- ** Leverage Data Insights**: Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- ** Enhance Customer Journeys**: Create compelling ad content, develop optimized landing pages, and conduct A/B tests to maximize engagement and conversions.
- ** Expand Channels**: Research and implement new advertising platforms, such as Pinterest and YouTube Ads, to broaden reach and diversify marketing strategies.
- ** Stay Ahead of Trends**: Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge.
- ** Collaborate Across Teams**: Work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years managing high-budget campaigns on Meta and TikTok, with a strong understanding of performance optimization and attribution models.
- Skilled in extracting actionable insights from analytics and conducting A/B tests to refine strategies.
- Talented in crafting compelling advertising content and developing customer-centric landing pages.
- Excited to explore new platforms and trends, driving continuous improvement in campaign performance.
- Fluent in English, with strong collaboration and organizational skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
