About the Company Our client is a U.S.-based construction services company specializing in masonry and concrete installations for residential and commercial properties. They support customers across the greater Los Angeles area, delivering high‑quality on‑site services through a team of field technicians and project coordinators. About the Role The Client Services Virtual Assistant will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and professional handling of inquiries, appointments, and follow‑ups. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound client phone calls. Respond to client text messages and emails in a timely and professional manner. Schedule virtual consultations and on‑site visits. Manage and maintain calendars for consultations and site appointments. Enter, update, and maintain accurate client information in the CRM. Track and complete daily call goals and assigned administrative tasks. Conduct client follow‑ups to confirm appointments and next steps. Ensure a smooth handoff from initial inquiry to scheduled service. Support additional administrative and client service tasks as needed. Requirements Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Experience handling client‑facing communication by phone, email, and text. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Comfortable working with CRMs and scheduling tools. Ability to manage a high volume of client interactions. Ability to work independently and follow established processes. High attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support. Familiarity with construction, home services, or trade‑based businesses. Experience working in fast‑paced, service‑oriented environments. Compensation & Schedule Pay Rate: $14–$16 USD per hour. Monthly Equivalent: $2,200–$2,500 USD. Schedule: Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Location: Remote (Latin America).
