Asistente Virtual organizado, proactivo y confiable
para apoyar nuestras operaciones diarias en un entorno totalmente remoto. Este rol es ideal para alguien con excelentes habilidades de comunicación, gusto por el orden, responsabilidad, y sin miedo a hablar frente a una cámara para grabar videos cortos (actualizaciones internas o tutoriales simples).

Como asistente virtual, colaborarás directamente con la dirección para garantizar que las tareas administrativas, la coordinación del equipo y la comunicación interna fluyan de manera eficiente.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar agendas, programar reuniones y coordinar citas.
  • Preparar resúmenes, minutas y reportes después de reuniones.
  • Organizar información, documentos y tareas para mantener el flujo de trabajo ordenado.
  • Crear y enviar comunicaciones internas y recordatorios.
  • Grabar videos breves para actualizaciones internas o instrucciones simples.
  • Apoyar en la preparación y edición básica de presentaciones, documentos e informes.
  • Realizar investigaciones y recopilar datos según lo solicitado.
  • Apoyar procesos operativos diarios para mejorar eficiencia y organización.

Requisitos

  • Computadora con cámara
    funcional.
  • Audífonos y micrófono
    de calidad básica o superior.
  • Experiencia previa como asistente virtual.
  • Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Alta organización, atención al detalle y capacidad para manejar información confidencial.
  • Capacidad para priorizar tareas y trabajar de manera independiente.
  • Proactividad, actitud positiva y responsabilidad.
  • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y adaptarse rápidamente.
  • Inglés e español bilingüe es una ventaja.
  • Ubicación: Remoto.
