We're Hiring: Senior Lofty CRM & Website Operations Virtual Assistant (Real Estate)

Are you an expert in
Lofty CRM
looking to power the operations of a fast-paced residential real estate team in the Florida market? We need a highly organized, proactive, and technically skilled Virtual Assistant to take ownership of our key platform systems.

The Role: Senior Lofty CRM & Website Operations VA

This is a
full-time (30–40 hours/week)
position, running Monday to Friday, primarily following
Eastern Time (ET)
(approx. 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET).

Pay Rate:
Up to
$10/hour
, starting with a probationary performance-based rate of $5/hour.

Key Responsibilities (Lofty Focus)

You will be the core operator for the Lofty platform, ensuring seamless efficiency:

  • Lofty CRM Management:
    Own the full CRM lifecycle—manage, refine, and maintain leads, contacts, tasks, follow-ups, and drip sequences.
  • Website Operations:
    Build, update, and optimize Lofty webpages and website sections (layout edits, content updates, and general maintenance).
  • Automation & Integrity:
    Ensure accurate tagging, lead assignment, and inclusion in automated workflows. Monitor campaigns, fix workflow issues, and maintain clean CRM organization.
  • Communication:
    Proactively report priorities, next steps, and system improvements to the client.
  • Light Transaction Support:
    Assist with basic Transaction Coordination (TC) tasks, MLS entry/updates (preferred), and tracking key transaction dates as delegated.

What We're Looking For

We need a candidate who can hit the ground running and demonstrate platform mastery:

  • Proven Lofty Expertise:
    Must have demonstrated, hands-on experience managing Lofty CRM and be able to screen-share/explain proficiency.
  • Technical Skills:
    Strong understanding of Lofty workflows, automations, website editing, tagging systems, and lead routing.
  • Real Estate Systems:
    Familiarity with lead management, listing data, client communication, and follow-up processes within the real estate context.
  • Communication:
    Excellent, confident, and clear English (spoken and written).
  • Professional Traits:
    Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Infrastructure:
    Reliable high-speed internet is essential for consistent daily check-ins.

Preferred:
Experience with U.S. MLS systems (e.g., Stellar MLS) and background in TC or MLS listing management.
