We're hiring in Argentina: Sales Assistant (Real Estate / Loan Sales) — English required

We're looking for a Sales Assistant based in Argentina with a real estate sales background and excellent English to support our team with U.S. loan sales.

If you've worked in real estate, you already understand leads, follow-ups, urgency, and deal flow — we'll train you on the loan side.

What you'll do

  • Contact and follow up with inbound leads (calls/messages/email)
  • Qualify prospects and collect key information
  • Schedule calls / handoff qualified leads to the closer
  • Keep pipeline organized (CRM updates, notes, reminders)
  • Help improve messaging/scripts and track what's working

What we're looking for

  • Fluent English (spoken + written)
    — this is a must
  • Experience in
    real estate sales
    , leasing, or similar client-facing roles
  • Comfortable being on the phone and handling objections
  • Organized, fast, consistent follow-up habits
  • Willing to learn a new product (loans) quickly

Nice to have

  • Experience with U.S. clients
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Sales/appointment setting background

Compensation

  • This role includes a
    base + commissions
    (we'll explain the commission structure clearly during the first call).
