Together, we’re shaping a healthier, more engaged future. Responsibilities Maintains a strong working knowledge of all aspects of all Personify Health programs. Handles the back-end set up and configuration for clients that are making a change to their program. Works with Client Success Managers to determine the best set up for each client. Reviews client inquiries and research responses to issues while identifying when an item must be escalated. Responds to and resolves routine requests and questions. Seeks assistance from management with questions that are more complex. Collaborates with other team members to continually improve processes to become more efficient. Performs special projects as requested. You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in related discipline. 1-3 years of professional work experience in sales, marketing, account management or related customer service position. Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel. Salesforce experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal and writing skills. Strong organizational skills and detail orientation. Required to work cross functionally with co-workers and with external channel partners. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
