Do you have a background, experience or pure passion for health and wellness? Do you get excited about learning how things are set up on the back end without being in development and be able to interact with clients? Looking for a Client Operations Specialist on the Configuration Team that is highly motivated and responsible for understanding our best practice models on program design and for the back end set up and game configuration for each of our sponsors by working with Client Success Managers to determine the needs for each client. Maintains a strong working knowledge of all aspects of all Virgin Pulse programs Handles the back‑end set up and configuration for clients that are making a change to their program Works with Client Success Managers to determine the best set up for each client Reviews client inquiries and research responses to issues while identifying when an item must be escalated Responds to and resolves routine requests and questions. Seeks assistance from management with questions that are more complex Attends promotional events for clients when necessary Collaborates with other team members to continually improve processes to become more efficient Performs special projects as requested In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following. Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a related discipline 1-3 years of professional work experience in sales, marketing, account management or a related customer service position Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel Salesforce experience preferred Excellent interpersonal and writing skills Strong organizational skills and detail orientation Required to work cross functionally with co‑workers and with external channel partners Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills A high level of professionalism and positive work behavior Why Work at Virgin Pulse?
