Do you get excited about learning how things are set up on the back end without being in development and be able to interact with clients? Looking for a Client Operations Specialist on the Configuration Team that is highly motivated and responsible for understanding our best practice models on program design and for the back end set up and game configuration for each of our sponsors by working with Client Success Managers to determine the needs for each client. This role will be responsible for investigating and resolving issues reported by our internal and external clients’ relevant offerings, plus the ability to update content areas for each sponsor set up. Collaborates closely with the Client Success Managers on their accounts to support each client through the client lifecycle. Maintains a strong working knowledge of all aspects of all Personify Health programs Handles the back-end set up and configuration for clients that are making a change to their program Works with Client Success Managers to determine the best set up for each client Reviews client inquiries and research responses to issues while identifying when an item must be escalated Responds to and resolves routine requests and questions Seeks assistance from management with questions that are more complex Collaborates with other team members to continually improve processes to become more efficient Performs special projects as requested You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
