Oncology Marketing Excellence Specialist MSD Objetivo de la Posición: Marketing Excellence Specialist helps, develops and monitors Oncology Marketing assignments and programs. This Specialist position reports to one of the Associate Marketing Directors. The person in this position will have visibility to the whole BU performance and provide detailed support for the accurate forecasting process. Working with the Associate Marketing Directors, the specialist position will be responsible for: Principales Responsabilidades Lead and consolidate Oncology BU Forecast and provide analysis and presentation materials for senior leadership Coordinate and execute all the Oncology Biomarkers Programs Requisitos Académicos & Experiência Education Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Finance. English: ability to speak and write fluently. Experience Requirements and Skills 2 years minimum working in Pharmaceutical Industry (Oncology experience appreciated) in similar roles Self-starter with strong motivation, intellectual curiosity and desire to make positive business impacts in a collaborative environment Must be effective in fast paced and dynamic situations with ability to effectively manage multiple diverse deliverables Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Ability to identify efficiency opportunities and improve existing processes Advanced Microsoft tools management Professional Competencies Business & Financial Acumen, Working Across Boundaries, Strategic Thinking, Project Management, Productive Communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent analytical skills, Attention to detail for precise analysis of data, Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
