This pivotal position is responsible for managing digital projects and executing integrated campaigns that drive high-value leads and long-term relationships through performance marketing and digital platform optimization.
We are looking for a professional with a strong grasp of digital channels, growth frameworks, and web development fundamentals—someone who can combine analytical thinking with strategic product marketing insight to design, execute, and iterate marketing initiatives that directly impact business growth.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing (luxury, travel, or yachting industry is a strong plus).
- Hands-on experience in SEO/SEM with proven results in visibility and lead generation.
- Solid understanding of web platforms and landing page optimization, with the ability to collaborate with developers and implement enhancements that improve conversion and user experience.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Background in digital platforms, including paid media and email marketing.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM tools (Streak), Zapier, and JotForm preferred.
- Meticulous, process-driven, and a proactive team player.
- Motivated self-starter with a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Design and execute digital campaigns across paid, organic, and referral channels to expand our client base.
- Web Platforms & Client Experience: Lead improvements to Ritzy Yachts' website and landing pages, ensuring optimized performance and an enhanced client-facing experience that supports conversion and engagement.
- Retention & Loyalty: Develop strategies to improve repeat guest engagement, loyalty programs, and CRM-driven communication.
- Performance Marketing: Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) with clear ROAS and CPL targets.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Oversee optimization of web content and landing pages to improve visibility in high-value markets.
- Data & Analytics: Monitor campaign and sales performance, generate growth reports, and interpret metrics to identify opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
- Innovation: Continuously research new digital tools, platforms, and tactics to accelerate business growth.
