About The Role The Operations Coordinator role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization as assigned by the Operations Manager. The specific duties include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources, and securing compliance across the organization. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of processes and overall service, and implement best practices across all levels. Ultimately, we’ll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient, and profitable during regular business. Essential Functions The Operations Coordinator will analyze all current operational processes and performance and recommend, assist, and implement solutions for improvement when necessary and under the supervision of the Operations Manager. Ensure proper understanding and execution of all The Auctus Group policies and procedures. Strive to ensure all operations are carried on in a compliant, policy‑driven, and efficient and effective way. Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices as needed. Create materials, forecast, and build SOP for all operation systems and processes of execution of daily tasks. Formulate strategic and operational objectives. Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs per department. Actively communicate, inspire, and motivate all levels of staff. Think and act strategically and proactively. Streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands. Advanced knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including oversight, customer service, production, employee, and system management. Position Qualifications Time Management – managing one’s own time and the time of others. Problem Solving/Analysis – assess problem areas and address them effectively and timely. Writing Skills – written and verbal communication skills are essential. Service Forward – working towards one goal of serving our team and clients’ needs. Technical Skills – previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Coordination – adjusting actions in relation to others’ actions. Communication – maintain a line of communication with vendors, clients, and internal team members. Organization – this person needs to be an extremely detailed person who thrives best in an organized and structured setting. Skills And Abilities Organize, set priorities, work independently and well with a diverse group of people. Work effectively as a team member with a strong collaborative management style. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Operate a computer, learn new software and systems, and proficiency in using a 10‑key numeric pad. Ability to create automations is a plus. Required Experience 1‑3 years’ experience in operations, with knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management. Experience in a multi‑entity organization in the healthcare industry. Proven work experience as Operations Coordinator or similar role. Outstanding organizational skills. Medical billing experience is a plus. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job the employee is: Regularly required to sit and talk or hear. Regularly required to use a computer keyboard and mouse. Frequently required to use hands, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required: close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment This job operates in a remote environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
