Lead, Global Talent Partner | ~Looking to engage with TOP Talent ~ Hiring the best and brightest technologists… At Cloudbeds, we’re not just building software, we’re transforming hospitality. Our intelligently designed platform powers properties across 150 countries, processing billions in bookings annually. From independent properties to hotel groups, we help hoteliers transform operations and uplevel their commercial strategy through a unified platform that integrates with hundreds of partners. And we do it with a completely remote team. Imagine working alongside global innovators to build AI-powered solutions that solve hoteliers’ biggest challenges. Since our founding in 2012, we’ve become the World’s Best Hotel PMS Solutions Provider and landed on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 again in 2024 – but we’re just getting started. How You'll Make an Impact: As a Product Manager - Integrations you will be responsible for working with cross‑functional teams to build integrations with external systems to meet our global customers’ diverse needs. These can include systems for Event Management, Compliance, Accounting, POS, and many others. You will work with partners and accommodation customers to design solutions, collaborate with the dev team to build them, and then work with Sales, Customer Service, and Customers to bring your solutions to market. The optimal candidate for this role is familiar with cross‑platform API connectivity and has experience designing, building, and launching new products. Our Integrations Team: We sit at the intersection of Cloudbeds and the broader hospitality ecosystem, building the bridges that make everything work together. Our team combines deep technical curiosity with real‑world customer empathy. If you love digging into an API spec and understanding why a hotelier in Italy needs their fiscal receipts to work just right, you’ll fit right in. Each Product Manager on our team owns their integrations end to end, from partner discovery through launch and beyond. We’re a small, collaborative group spread across the globe, which means you’ll have real ownership and the freedom to shape solutions, not just execute on someone else’s vision. Our team tackles a different puzzle every day. One day you’re designing an Event Management integration to plan huge conferences, the next you’re connecting a POS system that will change how a boutique hotel runs its restaurant. We’re a globally distributed group that thrives on variety, autonomy, and seeing our work go live in properties across 150 countries. What You Bring to the Team: You will manage and prioritize the roadmap for Cloudbeds Integrations. Contribute as the Product Owner of a cross‑functional scrum team. Research and document partner integration requirements, define solutions and oversee building the integrations with internal and external engineers. Define and build the user experience for integration solutions to provide seamless 3rd‑party API integrations. Plan and execute on pilot and release plans for each integration. Work closely with customers and partners, as well as engineering, design, product marketing, customer success, and sales departments. Define, analyze, and act on metrics that inform the success, iteration, and growth of partner integrations. What Sets You Up for Success: 5+ years proven record working on and delivering SaaS applications and solutions that leverage technology to create delightful user experiences. 2+ years of experience in a product role for a hospitality product. Regional tax compliance, fiscal reporting, or government‑mandated invoicing requirements (e.g., electronic invoicing, fiscal receipts) in the EU or LATAM. Proficiency in technical APIs and integrations methodology. Experienced with all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including ideation, solution design, setting measurable adoption goals, project planning, overall execution, and iteration. Experience launching new products into a market and growing adoption. Experience working in an Agile development environment, preferably within a Scrum team. Strong ability to communicate effectively with engineers, as well as other stakeholders across the business, both speaking and in writing. Attention to detail in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and evaluating success. Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing and fast‑paced environment. Ability to analyze and use data to inform decisions. Bonus Skills to Stand Out: Past experience as a project and/or product manager for products involving an integration to a third party. Ability to read and work with API documentation to design integration solutions. Strong cross‑cultural communication skills. What to Expect - Your Journey with Us Behind Cloudbeds’ revolutionary technology is a team redefining what’s possible in hospitality. We’re 650+ employees across 40+ countries, bringing together elite engineers, AI architects, world‑class designers, and hospitality veterans to solve challenges others haven’t dared to tackle. Our diverse team speaks 30+ languages, but we all share one language: a passion for innovation and travel. From pioneering breakthroughs in machine learning to revolutionizing how hotels operate, we’re not just watching the future of hospitality unfold – we’re coding it, designing it, writing it and shipping it. If you’re ready to work alongside some of the brightest minds in tech who are obsessed with using AI to transform a trillion‑dollar industry, this is your chance to be part of something extraordinary.
