Senior Data Analyst – Ryz Labs Remote position within Argentina & Uruguay About the role RYZ Labs is seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join a pioneering company that transforms micro‑business owners into thriving entrepreneurs. In this role you’ll build a brand‑new Data team from the ground up and shape data strategy. Basic Qualifications Previous experience in the e‑commerce sector, focusing on customer journey analysis (checkout processes, customer feedback) Familiarity with multiple analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), CRM systems, and platforms such as Shopify Strong SQL experience Able to work with clean, high‑quality data and build complex data models Capability to identify pain points and opportunities to improve retention Experience implementing innovative solutions and “hacks” to optimize customer experiences Experience across various industries or domains Demonstrated longevity in previous roles Comfortable being the first hire in this area, showing initiative and autonomy Bonus: experience collaborating with teams in different time zones Key Responsibilities Measure, track, and analyze operation efficiency; identify trends and root causes Build, own, and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards; present insights to partners and executives Collaborate with stakeholders to build datasets and conduct robust analyses Work closely with other data partners to scale the client’s data ecosystem and enable cross‑functional projects About Ryz Labs Founded in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs with experience at major tech companies and brands, Ryz Labs is a startup studio that builds industry‑defining companies in the post‑pandemic world.
