The purpose of this role is to focus on delivering a specific and focused task within the People Analytics discipline. Specialist skills could include Data Science, Statistics, Data engineer (warehousing) and/or Visualisation. Responsibilities will include management and ownership of tasks aligned to their specialist skill. Data Analyst – HR Ops Team We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our HR Ops team Act as an ambassador of the People Analytics strategy across HR and the business Deliver and/or support both small focused analytics projects through to large complex programmes Being a true specialist in their area of expertise, ensure knowledge and skills are maintained Specialist in using and manipulating data to support a business objective and outcome Share knowledge with the wider team where required Build good working relationships within HR and across the business to ensure data/information is supplied on a regular basis Act as a guardian of people data ensuring access and information is only shared where and when appropriate This is a full‑time position that will work from Argentina on a hybrid model with one day of office per week.
