Experience using Python or similar languages for data processing or automation. Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global, multicultural environment. Ability to apply a strategic and structured approach to problem solving. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail. Exposure to cross‑functional projects and inter‑company initiatives, with occasional need to collaborate outside regular hours to accommodate colleagues in different time zones. Exposure to financial services, with a focus in regulatory and/or tax reporting within the banking or fintech industry, a plus. Understanding of cryptocurrencies or a strong interest in learning. Benefits Competitive salary, medical insurance package with extended coverage to dependents, attractive annual leave entitlement (including birthday and work anniversary), crypto.com visa card provided upon joining, and internal mobility opportunities.
